Order Processing

Our pieces are handmade, please allow about 7-10 business days for shipping. If products are in stock it can take about 3-5 days for shipping. Excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. 


Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

At this time, we ship within the United States only. (Adjust if you plan to ship internationally.)


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Van Man is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Van Man is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Van Man is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
