Refund policy

We accept returns on unused, unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unaltered

  • Items must be free of marks, wear, odor, or damage

  • Original packaging must be included

The customer provides return shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval. Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, excluding original shipping costs.

Final Sale Items:
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, or damage.

 

Wear & Product Disclaimer

Van Man products are crafted from real cowhide leather and produced in small batches.

Natural variations in color, texture, grain, and soft creasing are inherent to genuine leather and are not considered defects. With regular use, leather will soften and develop a natural patina—this is an intentional part of the design.

Due to the nature of handmade production:

  • Minor variations between pieces may occur

  • Leather may show natural markings or subtle texture differences

These characteristics are part of the material’s authenticity and do not qualify as flaws.
